Loyola Softball Park
Loyola Softball Park, which opened in the spring of 1997, provides the Ramblers with one of the finest collegiate facilities in the Chicago area.
The complex also houses a separate field for the Loyola men's and women's soccer programs. Located just one mile west of Loyola's Lake Shore Campus, the Loyola Softball Park has undergone major upgrades over the last few years, including a new lighting system, the installation of FieldTurf, and a resurfacing of the infield.
Situated in a residential area of Rogers Park, Loyola Softball Park features permanent home and visitor dugouts, bleacher seating, a public address system, electronic scoreboard, concession stand, locker rooms, restrooms and lights.
The field has been the site of numerous tournaments, most notably the 2001, 2008 and 2011 Horizon League Softball Championships, as well as IHSA Tournament games. Dimensions of the field are 190 feet down the lines and 200 feet to centerfield.
