CHICAGO (January 15, 2018) – The Loyola University Chicago men's volleyball team maintained a spot in the top 10 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division I-II Poll, which was released this afternoon. Loyola, which was ranked No. 7 last week, dropped one spot to No. 8, and is one of four Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) teams to occupy a place in this week's poll.

The Ramblers split a pair of contests last week, knocking off unranked George Mason in four sets before falling to then No. 2 Long Beach State in three sets. Loyola has now been ranked in 78 consecutive polls.
