2008-09: Earned top-10 finishes in four events at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships - the 4x100m relay (second), the 4x400m relay (second), the 400m (fourth) and the 200m (seventh)...took seventh place in the 400m and eighth in the 200m at the League Indoor Championships...helped the 4x200 relay team to a second-place finish at the Chicagoland Championships...put together top-10 finishes in the 200m at the UWM Tune-Up (third), the Indiana Relays (seventh) and the Early Bird Open (eighth)...finished eighth in the 500m at the Notre Dame Indoor Opener...earned three top-10 finishes at the Gina Relays - the 4x400m relay (first), the 4x100m relay (sixth) and the 400m (seventh).

2007-08: Placed sixth at the Notre Dame Opener in the indoor 500m (1:07.56) and ranks seventh all-time...completed the indoor 60m in 7.36 at the Panther Tune-up to finish in eighth...part of the Prisby-Andreoni-Lambros-Headrick outdoor 4x400m relay team that finished first at the Gina Relays and fifth in Rambler history...also recorded a personal-best in the outdoor 400m (48.92) to place 10th and rank sixth all-time.

2006-07: Posted a time of 50.41 in the 400m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...part of the 4x400m relay team that recorded a time of 3:26.24 at the Horizon League Championships...placed fifth at the Eagle Invite in the 400m with a time of 50.28...ran a 23.85 200m and a 50.62 400m at the Poehlein Invitational...placed seventh in the 400m at the Indiana Relays with a time of 52.13...finished sixth at the Notre Dame Invite while running the 300m (37.39).

High School: Second-Team All-Midland Athletic League and second-team all-district honoree in 4x400m relay during senior year...team MVP in 2006...second-team all-district in the 400m...honor roll student.
