2009-10: Versatile runner who competed in everything from the 200m to the 800m during the indoor season ... Took fifth in the 400m at the Horizon League Indoor Championship with a time of 50.76 ... Posted personal-best time of 23.34 in the 200m at Iowa State ... Recorded time of 1:06.45 in 500m at Notre Dame, placing him fifth on Loyola's all-time list in that event ... Part of 4x400m relay team that posted season-best time of 3:18.97 at Meyo Invite ... Finished fourth in the 400m hurdles at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (54.02) and was a part of 4x400m relay team that finished second with a final clocking of 3:12.69 ... 2007-08: Finished fifth (1:07.21) in the indoor 500m at the Notre Dame Opener, good for fifth in Rambler history...placed seventh (9.80) in the indoor 60m hurdles at the Panther Tune-Up, which ranks fourth all-time...recorded a personal-best time of 56.85 in the outdoor 400m hurdles at the Horizon League Championships to place sixth overall and 10th in school history.

High School: Placed fourth in the 300m at the John Bell Invite in 2006...finished fifth in the 300m sectionals in 2006...team was DuPage Valley Conference Champions three out of four years (2004, 2006 and 2007)...posted a pair of personal-best efforts in the 400m (52.7) and the 300m (40.2)...Central DuPage Scholarship winner...honor roll student.
