2011-12: Qualified for NCAA West Regional during outdoor season ... Finished 28th in the 10,000m (31:25.03) at that meet ... Competed in all six cross country meets ... Team's top finisher in each of the last four ... Named Horizon League Scholar-Athlete of the Month for October, 2011 ... Named First Team All-Horizon League after finishing fifth at the Horizon League Championship ... Post career-best finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet, finishing 27th out of 171 runners ... Racked up top-10 finishes at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championship (4th) and UIC Home Opener (9th) ... Finished 18th in 188-man field at the Bradley Open and 20th out of 539 competitors at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational ... Finished third in the 5,000m and fourth in the 3,000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championship ... Posted season-best times of 8:25.12 (3K) and 14:30.62 (5K) at the League meet ... 2010-11: One of top distance runners in the Horizon League ... Named Capitol One Academic All-District V ... Was Loyola's top finisher in all six cross country meets in which he competed ... Posted four top-10 finishes ... Named First Team All-Horizon League in cross country after finishing seventh at the Horizon League Championship in 24:56 ... Finished 36th out of 171 competitors at the NCAA regional meet ... Finished seventh at the Bradley Classic (24:24) and took fifth in 528-man field at Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational (25:07) ... Took 37th in a stacked field at the Roy Griak Invitational ... Horizon League champion in the 5K at the League's Indoor Championship, posting a facility-record time of 14:24.54 ... Missed Horizon League Championship record by less than one second ... That time was the second-fastest time in school history, behind only Rambler all-american Jim Westphal ... Also took third in the mile at the League meet in personal-best time of 4:11.89 ... Took second place in both the 5K and 10K events at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship ... Set new personal mark in the 10K with finishing time of 30:26.80 ... Blazed to time of 14:17.79 in the 5K at the Raleigh Relays, placing him second on Loyola's all-time list ... Narrowly missed cracking school's top-10 list in the 1,500m with 3:50.69 clocking at the Stan Lyons Invite.
2009-10: Earned First Team All-Horizon League honors in cross country after finishing seventh in a time of 25:53 ... Loyola's top finisher at the NCAA Cross Country Midwest Regional, taking 53rd overall in 32:35 ... Finished 11th at the Sean Earl Lakefront with a time of 25:35 ... Was no worse than Loyola's second-best runner over last four meets ... Finished second in the 3K (8:32.23) and fifth in the 5K (14:56.25) at the Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championship ... Won the 3K at the Indiana Relays in 8:23.45, a mark that ranks 10th on Loyola's all-time list ... Also won the 3K at the Panther Tune-Up ... Horizon League Champion in the outdoor 10K with time of 30:46.08 ... Finished fifth in 5K (14:52.50) at League meet ... Won his section of the 5K at the Raleigh Relays and his time of 14:33.08 is not only a personal best but also ranks ninth on Loyola's all-time list.
2008-09: Helped the distance medley relay team to second place at the Horizon League Indoor Championships with a total time of 10:19.46...also took 12th in the 3000m at the League Indoor Championships...finished 14th and set a season-best mark at the League Cross Country Championships 8K with a time of 25:53...finished third in the 1500m (4:00.74) and sixth in the 3000m (8:54.49) at the Duke Invitational...took seventh at the Crusader 6K with a time of 19:56...earned seventh-place finishes in the 3000m at the Notre Dame Indoor Opener (8:48.40) and the Illinois Invitational (8:53.91)...finished ninth in the 5000m at the Chicagoland Championships, turning in a time of 15:27.92...competed in the NCAA Cross Country Midwest Regional.
