2012-13: Capped off her historic cross country career with a phenomenal senior campaign...Became the first-ever female NCAA qualifier in program history after finishing in 6th-place (20:37) at the NCAA Midwest Regional...Turned in the second fastest time of her career (20:50) at the NCAA Championships...Horizon League Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year...Named a First Team All-Horizon League selection after capturing the individual title at the Horizon League Championship meet...Was the top finisher for the Ramblers in every meet she competed in during the cross country season...Set a new course record (17:02) in her season debut at the Illinois Intercollegiate, also winning the individual title...Finished in 4th-place (17:35) at the 40th Annual Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational...Posted a time of 21:00 (46th-place) at the NCAA Pre-National meet...Second Team All-America selection by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) after finishing thirteenth (16:04.90) in the 5,000m National Final at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships...Horizon League Female Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Year...Captured league titles in the Mile, 3,000m and 5,000m runs at the 2013 Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships...Named the Women's Individual Scoring Champion at the indoor league meet as she led the women's side to their first indoor conference title in program history...Set new school records in the Mile (4:43.69), 3,000m (9:30.05) and 5,000m (15:54.37) runs during the indoor season...Qualified for the NCAA West Regional and the USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships after breaking her own record in the 10,000m at the Stanford Invitational (33:07.08)...Swept titles in the 1,500m, 5,000m and 10,000m runs at the 2013 Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships...Also set new school records in the 1,500m run (4:19.00) at the Drake Relays and the 5,000m run (15:55.56) at the Mt. 2011-12: Turned in one of the finest seasons in school history ... Member of the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) All-Academic Team ... Was Loyola's top finisher in five of six cross country meets in the fall ... Two-time Horizon League Cross Country Runner of the Week ... Finished second at the Horizon League Championship, the highest finish by a Rambler since Maureeca Lambert earned runner-up honors in 2004 ... Won the 70-woman UIC Home Opener and took second at the Bradley Open ... Finished third out of 291 runners at the Illinois Intercollegiate and 11th out of 538 competitors at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational ... Finished third in the 5,000m and fourth in the 3,000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championship ... Set school record in the 3K with her time of 9:35.39 surpassing Lambert's previous record from 2005 ... Moved into second on the school's 5K list with 16:55.90 time at the League meet ... Sits fourth on career list in the mile after running 4:55.16 at the Meyo Invitational ... Finished third in the 3K Invitational at Grand Valley State's Big Meet after finishing ninth in the same event at the Gladstein Invite ... Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in both the 5,000m and 10,000m events ... Competed in only the 10K where she suffered a DNF ... Won both the 5K (suspended mid-race due to inclement weather) and 10K titles at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship ... Broke Leigh Anne Renk's 20-year old mark in the 10K with a 33:53.81 time at the Stanford Invitational ... That time shaved nearly four minutes off her previous best time ... Posted record time of 16:31.24 in the 5K at the Musco Twlight while blistering to the record in the 1,500m with a time of 4:24.37 at the Dr. Keeler Invitational ... Finished second in field of 72 in the 1,500m at the season-opening Wake Forest Open.
2010-11: One of top distance runners in the Horizon League ... Was Loyola's top finisher in all seven cross country meets ... Earned Second Team All-Horizon League honors after finishing ninth at the League meet (18:30) ... Finished 74th in 188-woman field at the NCAA Regional meet ... Took 35th at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational ... Finished 10th at the season-opening Vincentian Cup Invite and 11th at the UW Parkside Midwest Open ... Finished third in the 5K and fifth in the 3K at the Horizon League Indoor Championship ... Her time of 17:14.13 in the 5K at the League meet places her fourth on Loyola's all-time list ... Also sits 10th on the 3K chart after running a 10:02.33 at Grand Valley State ... Ran personal-best times in the 800m (2:23.71) and the mile (5:04.33) at the UWM Tune-Up ... Finished third in both the 5K and 10K races at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship ... Her times of 17:14.50 (5K) and 37:13.94 (10K) put her in 10th in the Ramblers' outdoor record book ... Posted fourth-fastest time in LU history with her 4:30.21 clocking in the 1,500m at the Stan Lyons Invite.
2009-10: One of top freshman cross country runners in Horizon League ... finished 13th (19:41) at Horizon League Cross Country Championship ... finished 41st out of 306 runners at Illinois Intercollegiate with finishing time of 19:12 ... also took 41st at Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational (19:02) ... finished seven in the mile (5:09.51) at the Horizon League Indoor Championship ... grabbed 11th place in the 3K (10:39.20) at the Notre Dame Opener ... posted season-best time of 5:08.48 in the mile at the Indiana Relays ... finished sixth in the 5K (17:58.00) and seventh in the 1,500m (4:39.51) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship ... ran season-best time of 2:17.54 in the 800m at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... posted a ninth-place finish in the 5K (4:49.28) at the Stan Lyons Invite ... blazed to a 4:38.49 in the 1,500m at the North Central meet, a mark that ranks 10th on Loyola's all-time list.
High School: Earned All-State honors five times...won regional championships in the 1600m (4), 3200m (4), 4x800m (2) and cross country (3)...All-League and All-County honoree...holds four track school records and a cross country record for Regina high school...named Catholic League Female Athlete of the Year.
