2013-14: Was Loyola's top finisher in all six cross country meets he ran during his junior year...Finished third (24:17.1) at Missouri Valley Conference Championships to lead the men's side to a runner-up team finish...First Team All-Missouri Valley Conference Selection...Won the National Catholic Championships in come-from-behind fashion with a time of 24:55...Named MVC Male Cross Country Athlete of the Week and MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Week after opening up the season with a 5th place finish (18:22) at the Badger Season Opener...Paced the Ramblers with a 25th place finish (24:55.3) at the elite Notre Dame Invitational.
2012-13: Horizon League Male Cross Country Athlete of the Year...First Team All-Horizon League...Won the Individual Title at the 2012 Horizon League Cross Country Championships...Posted back-to-back first-place finishes to open the season at the Illini Challenge (18:31) and the Illinois Intercollegiate (24:24) meet...Was the first Rambler to cross the finish line at the 40th Annual Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational, placing 11th...Finished 43rd at the NCAA Midwest Regionals...Opened indoor season with a personal best time of 8:18.76 in the 3,000m Run at the Gladstein Invitational...Returned a week later to post his fastest time of his Loyola career in the Mile Run (4:09.26) at the Indiana Relays...Swept league titles in the Mile (4:17.29), 3,000m (8:33.61) and 5,000m (15:00.54) Runs at the 2013 Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships as he was recognized as the Men's Individual Scoring Champion...Also was part of the Distance Medley Relay team that broke a 24-year old school record in the event, posting a time of 9:42.77 at the Alex Wilson Invitational...NCAA West Regional Qualifier in the 800m and 1,500m Runs during the outdoor season...Horizon League 1,500m Outdoor Champion...USTFCCCA All-Academic selection...Recorded victories in the 800m (1:50.08) and the 1,500m (3:50.06) Runs at the season-opening Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invite...Top 1,500m time (3:46.22) came at the prestigious Mt. SAC Relays...Loyola's first individual champion at the Drake Relays since 1964 (Tom O'Hara) after taking home the individual title in the 1,500m Run...Also finished first in the 1,500m Run at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational (3:46.43) and the Dr. Keeler Invitational (3:46.37).
2011-12: Named Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Running Newcomer of the Year ... Scored in all six cross country meets during the fall ... Earned Second Team All-Horizon League honors after finishing eighth at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship ... Team's third finisher (74th overall) at NCAA Midwest Regional meet ... Second Rambler across the finish line at both the Bradley Open (20th) and Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational (25th) ... Finished 10th overall at the UIC Home Opener and 13th overall at Illinois Intercollegiate Championship ... Finished fifth in the mile with a season-best time of 4:09.62 and took 11th in the 3,000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championship ... Won the mile event at the Iowa Invitational and took fourth in the 3K at the Gladstein Invitational in season-best 8:37.29 ... Won the 1,500m and finished third in the 800m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship ... Turned in season-best time of 1:51.92 in the 800m final putting him just outside Loyola's all-time top 10 in that event ... Took second in the 1,500m in his first outdoor meet at the Wake Forest Open ... Took eighth in the 800m at the Tom Botts Invitational ... Turned in season-best time of 3:49.75 in the 1,500m at the Raleigh Relays ... Also took seventh in the seeded 1,500m relay event at the presitgious Drake Relays.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named First Team All-State in cross country and track...Three-time cross country First Team All-Conference selection...Also named First Team All-Conference in track...Finished fourth at the State Cross Country Meet...Took sixth place in the mile event at the Track State Meet...Ended high school career with personal-bests of 4:18 in the 1600m, 1:57 in the 800m, and 15:28 in the 5K...Was named to the Cross Country All-State Academic Team with a 3.8 GPA.
