CHICAGO - On February 21, Loyola University Chicago will hold the final Backcourt Club event of the 2011-12 regular season when it hosts a pre-game dinner and reception prior to the Ramblers' men's basketball game at Valparaiso that evening. The event will be held at Kelsey's Steak and Seafood (2300 US Highway 30) in Valparaiso, Ind., at 5 p.m. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Former Rambler Bobby Clark, who was a member of Loyola's 1985 NCAA Sweet 16 team, will be the featured speaker at the pre-game reception. Clark enjoyed a four-year career at Loyola from 1983-87, and averaged 4.9 points and 3.4 rebounds during his senior season (1986-87).

Backcourt Club members can reserve their spot at the pre-game gathering for the affordable cost of $30 while non-members will be admitted for $40. Included in the cost for admission are dinner, soft drinks, coffee, tea and a ticket to the Loyola game versus Valparaiso. The event is a great opportunity to mingle with fellow Rambler supporters and hear from program insiders and former players.

Space is limited, so please RSVP by February 17 to Patrick Schultz at (773) 508-2566 or pschul@luc.edu.
