INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Four Ramblers finished in the top 20 as the Loyola University Chicago women's golf team completed play at the 2012 Butler Fall Invitational in Indianapolis, Ind.
For the second consecutive day, the start of play was delayed by frost at the Highland Country Club.
Bowling Green continued their strong play from day one to claim the team championship, while Danielle Lemek (Bradley) put on an impressive day two charge to secure the individual title.
The Ramblers were well represented in the top 20 on the leaderboard. April Ohlendorf (78-80), Alexandra Meyers (86-72) and Carly Schneider (78-80) all finished tied for 19th on the individual leaderboard along with Carey Farley (82-76), who competed as an individual. Rounding out the Loyola lineup were junior Christy Taugner (88-81) and freshman Olivia Lindsley (83-87).
The Loyola women's golf team will close out their fall schedule when they compete in the Wendy's Classic in Charleston, SC, October 15-16.
