CHICAGO - DePaul (20-14) used a six-run fourth inning to break open the game en route to an 8-0 victory over Loyola University Chicago (11-33) this afternoon at Cacciatore Stadium. The Ramblers managed only one base runner in the five-inning affair.
The Blue Demons took an early lead thanks to Jackie Tarulli-Fisher's RBI double in the bottom of the first inning, which put DePaul on top, 1-0. DePaul hung another run on the board in the third inning when Sandy Vojik laced a single to score Marcy Wilus, who had led off with a triple.
