CHICAGO - The Loyola women's volleyball team has earned the No. 4 seed in next week's Horizon League Championship and will take on fifth-seeded Green Bay in a first round match at 4 p.m. CT on Friday afternoon in Cleveland, Ohio as the League office unveiled the tournament bracket. The Ramblers finished the regular season with a 16-11 record, an improvement of 12 wins from last season.

Loyola and Green Bay split the two meetings during the regular season with each winning on its home floor. The Ramblers pulled out a five-set victory inside Gentile Arena in September before the Phoenix handed the them their only three-set loss in Horizon League play two weeks ago in Titletown. The winner will face top-seeded Cleveland State in the semifinals on Saturday afternoon.

By virtue of its regular-season title, the Vikings will serve as the host for the tournament, which starts with two first-round matches on Friday (Nov. 16) and concludes with the championship match on Sunday afternoon.
